The information you require will be up to date and produced in a consistent format that enables your trade send outs to be produced quickly and efficiently for each tender.
Can I amend the spread sheet to fit my own record sheet?
To make the process as simple as possible the download sheet has no formulas and is listed by trade only for simple filtering, if you have a select list of contractors you use for all tenders and they are not registered with us a simple cut and paste exercise will combine the two.
What is the pre-qualification status of the listed Supply Chain?
Currently as all Main Contractors have differing requirements for pre-qualification all those listed should be viewed as not pre-qualified, however in the future it has been considered that if the Main Contractors can agree a standard prequalification this may become a perquisite of the Supply Chain, this would benefit both Supplier and Main Contractor, the former only completing the process once for all Main Contractors and the other having no need manage this expensive process.
How many times can I visit the site?There is no limit on the number of times you can use the site, in fact it is suggested that you update your contact list on a tender by tender basis to get the most current list of applicable suppliers.
If we require a particular trade as yet not listed, would you be able to assist?
It is our intention to develop and expand the database with further trades, sub trades and specialist installers as soon as is viable, should you have a particular requirement we will endeavour to assist and capture your requirement for further database enhancement, please contact us
